Understanding your metabolism (your body's internal engine) is about paying attention to how your body reacts to different things, ie- food, water, alcohol, caffeine, exercise. Especially things like sugar, wheat, dairy... and the proper balance of carbs & fats & proteins for YOUR body. When you start to get REALLY truthful with yourself about how these things make you feel things will get much clearer as to how to look & more importantly feel your best. ;)
